Using top
quality suppliers is only a portion of the job. Problems need to be
diagnosed and parts need to be installed. That has to be done by
people, and we have some of the best. All our technicians are ASE
certified. The
Automotive Service Excellence
(ASE) is a benchmark for the industry. In order for a technician to be
ASE certified, he or she must pass tests in all areas of
automotive repair. In addition, all of our techs are factory trained and
certified covering Toyota and Chevrolet. In order to deliver the
complete package you need to have top notch employees and top quality
suppliers. At Accomplished Auto we deliver the complete package. |

Bryan Evans
Bryan purchased Accomplished Auto in April 2003. He graduated from
Aberdeen High School in Maryland in 1987. During High School years
Bryan took an apprentice position in a local automotive and light
truck repair facility. After high school, he attended a local
college and studied automotive repair. In 1989, Bryan took a
position as a technician in a local Chevrolet dealership.
While at the dealership, Bryan earned the CCT (Chevrolet Certified
Technician) Award and several certificates for his studies in
electronics and diagnostic skills. In 1991, Bryan left
Chevrolet and opened his own automotive repair business. In a small
2 bay shop, he built up a large customer base and eventually sold
the business in 1999 to move to New Hampshire and be closer to
family. Bryan’s first job in New Hampshire was at a local
Toyota dealership as Assistant Service Manager. While at
Toyota, he attended several classes regarding customer service and
management skills. Bryan left Toyota in 2001 and took a
position with Jasper Engines & Transmissions as their first sales
representative in New Hampshire. It was during that time Bryan
met David Verboncoeur and Accomplished Auto. After
negotiations, Bryan agreed to purchase Accomplished Auto from David,
and the two of them have been working together ever since.

Boyd Evans
Boyd is the Service Manager at Accomplished Auto, and nobody is
better at listening to customers' concerns and doing what ever is
necessary to take care of them. Boyd graduated from a private
Christian High School in Maryland in 1987. Just after high
school, he had worked his way to Assistant Manager of a local chain
restaurant. This is where he started honing his customer
service and managerial skills. In 1992 Boyd left the Assistant
Manager position to move to New Hampshire and take a position at
Phillips Exeter Academy in their Dining Services Department.
In 2003 Boyd made a career change and left the dining services world
to take over the Service Manager position here at Accomplished Auto.
Boyd’s hobbies include all things involved with his 3 beautiful
daughters and that is plenty to keep him busy after work!
